Thomas Dahlborg joined us in December and we’re still pinching ourselves for our good fortune. Tom brings more than 15 years of top-flight executive experience to True North, most recently as the Chief Business Strategy Officer at Network Health, a comprehensive Medicaid health plan based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Prior to his work at Network Health, Mr. Dahlborg served as Chief Operating Officer for the U.S. Family Health Plan at Martin’s Point Health Care in Portland, where he focused on increasing customer satisfaction, reducing operating costs, and increasing revenues – essential elements for any successful business! He also implemented an innovative strategic planning and action program to make the organization more efficient and better able to offer higher quality health care services. Mr. Dahlborg also served as Martin’s Point Health Care’s Corporate Director of Special Projects and Director of Provider Networks and Payer Contracting.

Our Board President and Medical Director, Bethany M.
