Registration Policies
  • Register early! We reserve the right to cancel programs with low registration 48 hours before the start of the program. In the event that we cancel, you will be contacted and your registration fee will be refunded in full. Avoid disappointment -- don’t wait till the last minute!
  • Pre-registration with prepayment is required if you wish to be assured of a place in the class. Space for all classes and workshops is limited!
  • If you’re planning to “Attend with a Friend”, please let us know that when you register.
  • We encourage you to register by phone, mail, or online at www.truenorthhealthcenter.org. Try our new automated registration line at 781-6742!
  • If you cannot register prior to the time of the class, please call ahead to check whether it is possible for you to “drop in”. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early so we can sign you in without delaying the start of the class. Bring a check payable to True North or exact change only.
  • Prepayment may be by cash, check, or credit card. If you wish to use a credit card you must use online registration or call during business hours.
  • Course fees are nonrefundable unless you contact us 24 hours in advance of the course’s start time. You may transfer your paid registration to someone else.
  • If a class is listed as a series with one price noted, attendance at single sessions is not an option, though it may be possible to join a series after the first session. Call us if you would want to do this and we’ll let you know if that will work.
  • In the event of severe weather/emergency cancellations for a class outside our business hours, the instructor will attempt to contact you personally AND you may listen to the cancellation information on WBLM 102.9, WCYY 93.9, WHOM 94.9, WJBQ 97.9, or WCLZ 98.9. Makeup sessions or refunds for cancelled classes will be arranged on a class-by-class basis.
