The Learn Over Lunch program enables us to share our knowledge and expertise about health and healing with your employees. The presentations fit easily into a lunch hour and are delivered right to your workplace by True North's expert staff of physicians, nurses and therapists. Topics range from General Wellness and Family Health to Food & Nutrition and Stress Relief.

We offer the first presentation for free. Fees for each additional talk vary by practitioner. Below are just a few of our presentation descriptions. Corporate Fitness Training
