True North is open the following hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
8:00am to 6:00pm
phones staffed from 8:15am to 5:15pm

Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm
phones staffed from 8:15am to 5:00pm

Individual practitioner hours may vary and in some cases include Saturday hours. Other evening hours and weekend appointments may be available upon request.

If you have a medical emergency, you should call 911 for assistance or go to the nearest emergency room.

DIRECTIONS TO TRUE NORTH

Maine Turnpike from North and South:
Take exit 52 (Falmouth, Route 1) from either direction (formerly exit 9.) Once through the toll booth, stay in right lane and take the middle exit for Route 1 south. Go south through 3 traffic lights and turn right into next entrance, Foreside Place, just past the Wal-Mart plaza. Come in main entrance with green awning and upstairs to Suite 200.

I-295 from Portland and points South:
Head north on 295 out of Portland (over Tukey’s Bridge), past B&M Baked Bean factory and take exit 9 for Route 1 and 88 North. Go approx. 2 ½ miles on Route 1 and watch for TD Bank North on left and The Garden Center on right. Take the next left into Foreside Place just past TD Bank North.

I-295 from Yarmouth and points North:
Head south on 295 to Exit 10 – Falmouth and Bucknam Road. At end of exit ramp, turn left. At the next light (Shaw’s Supermarket Plaza will be directly in front of you) turn right on to Route 1 heading south.  Go through 2 more traffic lights. Turn right into next entrance for Foreside Place, just past Wal-Mart plaza.
