We take our commitment to excellence seriously. We based our practitioner credentialing process on the one many of us went through when we applied for hospital admitting privileges, and then expanded the application and evaluation to incorporate our commitment to a body-mind-spirit approach to health care. Our credentialing process ensures that:

• our practitioners have excellent training and stay up to date with continuing education appropriate to their field,
• the services our practitioners offer have legitimate roots and/or evidence to support their efficacy, and
• our practitioners are appropriately licensed and/or registered

In addition to going through a rigorous credentialing process prior to joining True North, all of our practitioners participate in a peer-review process on a bi-annual basis. This benefits our patients as it ensures that they have opportunities to grow as practitioners. The peer-review process is conducted using our Circle Process.
